STANDARD DELIVERY
Although I will endeavour to get your order despatched and delivered within 7 working days, please allow up to 28 days delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY OR WITHIN TWO DAYS DELIVERY
If an order is received by midday, we will endeavour to get the goods delivered the next day at a small extra charge. If the order is received later than midday the order will be delivered within 2 working days at the same charge.
DELIVERY ADDRESS OTHER THAN CARD HOLDER ADDRESS
If you wish me to deliver to an address other than the cardholders address, please contact me direct with the product code including postage and packaging costs when I will ask you to send me a cheque for the required amount. Upon receipt of cheque please allow at least 3 working days for the cheque to clear when I will despatch goods a.s.a.p.
“RETURNS” conditions
If you are not satisfied with the item on receipt, please return within 3 working days in perfect condition for a full refund. Postage and packaging charges and return postage can only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
Please return the goods packed as they were sent to you, with a copy of your invoice.
Please ask for proof of postage from your post office.
We suggest that goods are returned to us by registered post, as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods arrive damaged, please notify the courier immediately that delivered the item and then notify me in writing (i.e. by e-mail) or telephone, within 3 working days when you will receive a full refund including postage and packaging costs on receipt of returned broken package.
QUALITY CONTROL
Due to the handmade nature of the work, repeat orders may have slight variations in the density of colour and shape. This is what makes each piece unique. “One-off” pieces may not always be available as repeat orders, but similar ones can be produced on request. A photo of finished item can be emailed to you for approval before despatch.
